Suzanne can design training programs to help take you to the next level in your favorite endurance sport. Programs for each sport include progressive training programs which include weight, sport specific stretching exercises; nutrition and fueling recommendations, warm-up, cool down and recovery techniques.

 

Multi-Sport Training; Duathlon /Triathlon

Suzanne is a seasoned duathlon and triathlon athlete and coach with more than a decade of experience. She’s coached everyone from first-time participants to elite athletes. Her approach combines sport-specific coaching, general conditioning, nutrition and motivational techniques to help you to cross the finish line with confidence.

 

Indoor/Outdoor Rowing

Indoors or outdoors, rowing is an amazing, non-impact sport that improves whole body fitness. Proper technique is critical to getting all the advantages that rowing has to offer. Suzanne is one of only two Concept 2 trained and certified rowing instructors in Minnesota.

 

In-line Skate Coaching

In-line skating is not only fun, it’s a great workout. But if you are new to inline skating and nervous about strapping on your skates, Suzanne can help. She is a certified in-line skate instructor who has coached people of all ages on proper skating technique, safely, protective gear and dealing with real world skating hazards – all while having fun.

 

Outdoor Boot Camp

Outdoor boot camps are a great way to pump up the intensity of your workout – and have fun in a group setting. Suzanne offers outdoor boot camp training for individuals or groups. Group boot camps use healthy competition while cheering each other on to make challenging workouts fun.
